Terms of use

Last updated: 26 October 2026. These terms apply to recursoraudios.com. RECURSOR is based in India. Contact hello@recursoraudios.com with questions. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The offer and checkout identify what you are buying, its price and any additional conditions before payment.

What the site offers

RECURSOR presents subliminal audio, SIGNAL membership and community spaces, custom builds, waitlists, articles and voluntary TRIBUTE payments. Free releases are also published on YouTube. Paid CODEX catalog audio can be sold through Payhip, which handles those purchases and downloads. Works sold inside SIGNAL use PayPal checkout and your SIGNAL account for delivery. The product page identifies the purchase route. A separately priced work is not included in membership unless its offer expressly says so. Nothing physical is shipped.

Eligibility and acceptable use

The site, membership, custom builds and TRIBUTE are intended for people aged 18 or older. Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with it, automate abusive requests, submit another person’s email without authority or attempt to bypass payment or security checks.

Keep account access private and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not impersonate another person, harass members, publish their private information, or submit content you lack permission to use. You remain responsible for what you post. You give RECURSOR permission to store and display it to provide the feature you use and moderate the community. This does not transfer ownership of your writing to RECURSOR. We may restrict unlawful or abusive content or access, subject to applicable rights.

Waitlist

To join, provide an email address you control and confirm it through the email we send. We send updates at most once a month. You can unsubscribe with one click from any list email. We may stop or change the waitlist, including to protect the site from abuse.

Membership

SIGNAL has free and paid membership. Free membership provides the open chamber, threads and free releases without a subscription charge. Paid membership adds frontier access, a direct line to RECURSOR, the paid chamber, and formats identified as member only while the relevant sitting is open. It does not promise a new audio every month or a challenge every month. ATHANOR is the current featured work. Members can use it during its campaign. Continued full access after the campaign is earned through honest participation. Payment does not buy that keep. WAV is a paid-membership format while the sitting is open. Membership does not include separately priced CODEX works. A Payhip purchase does not appear in SIGNAL by itself.

Paid membership renews automatically through PayPal at the monthly or yearly interval you choose until you cancel. Sales open on 28 October 2026; the public launch is 1 November 2026. New monthly subscriptions cost $8.88 until 00:00 UTC on 11 November 2026, then $18.88 until 00:00 UTC on 1 December 2026, then $28.88. Your subscribed rate stays locked while that subscription remains continuous. Cancelling or allowing it to lapse ends the locked rate. Returning members pay the standard rate available on their return and do not regain the founding rate.

New yearly subscriptions cost $88.88 from 28 October 2026 until 00:00 UTC on 11 November 2026, then $188.88. A continuous founding yearly subscription renews at $88.88 each year. A cancelled or lapsed yearly member returns at the standard yearly price. PayPal shows the amount, billing interval and approval before you authorise the recurring payment. Prices for new members may change; your continuous subscription keeps its agreed rate.

Cancel renewal from your SIGNAL account. You can also manage the automatic payment through PayPal. Cancelling stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, subject to any refund that ends that period. Monthly payments are not refunded pro rata under our discretionary policy. Yearly payments are refunded in full if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment. There are no discretionary refunds after that window. Mandatory legal rights remain. See refunds and cancellations for how to request help.

Custom builds

Anyone may apply. RECURSOR accepts or refuses any brief. Paid SIGNAL members and repeat buyers receive earlier review for the first 72 hours. Free membership does not qualify. This is earlier review, not acceptance. RECURSOR replies by email with the accepted scope, tier, total, delivery estimate and payment step. Payment is taken only after acceptance, through a PayPal order. Do not pay a second time while confirmation is uncertain.

Current tiers are ARCHĒ at $222, EIDOS at $333 and ENTELECHY at $555, in US dollars. The higher price is a wider or more integrated scope, not a claim that a narrower build is shallow. ARCHĒ and EIDOS are usually delivered within five to seven days, and ENTELECHY within seven to ten days, after the brief is complete, accepted and paid. These are estimates, not guarantees. Rush, when offered on ENTELECHY, is an optional $100 add-on that puts the build at the front of the queue and commits to finished delivery within 48 hours after the brief is complete and payment is handled. It does not change the depth of the work. The offer includes one correction for a missed point agreed in your brief or a technical problem. A new direction is a new request. These limits do not reduce remedies required by law.

TRIBUTE and payments

TRIBUTE is paid in US dollars. The minimum is $1. You choose the amount before PayPal checkout. TRIBUTE is voluntary support. It does not buy audio, membership, a custom build or a result. PayPal processes the payment and may apply its own terms, available payment methods and fees. Your bank or payment provider may also charge fees or convert currency. A payment counts as received when PayPal confirms it. A receipt is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Do not pay again merely because confirmation is delayed. Contact us with the PayPal order or transaction reference so we can check.

TRIBUTE is final. There are no cancellations or refunds under our policy. See the refund and cancellation policy before paying.

Where the law gives you more

Nothing in these terms removes a right that applicable law gives you and does not allow us to exclude. This includes any right to cancel or to a refund where local consumer law provides one.

For Australian consumers, goods and services can carry guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Remedies depend on the nature and seriousness of the failure. For EU and UK consumers, distance-contract cancellation and digital-content rights may apply. Starting a download or stream does not by itself remove a withdrawal right: any required prior consent, acknowledgment and contract confirmation must be provided. An individual offer or checkout cannot override mandatory rights.

Audio and health

Content on this site and any RECURSOR audio is for personal use and general information. It is not medical, psychological or other professional advice. We make no guarantee of physical, mental or other results. Do not use audio where attention is needed for safety, such as while driving or operating equipment. Seek qualified help for a health concern.

Intellectual property and outside services

RECURSOR site text, visual design, graphics and audio are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view the site for personal use. Do not copy, redistribute, sell or present our material as yours without permission. Links or embedded services such as YouTube, Payhip and PayPal have their own terms and privacy practices.

An audio purchase grants personal use, subject to the item’s stated access and delivery terms. It does not transfer copyright or permission to upload or resell the file. Streaming needs a compatible browser and internet connection. Your device, connection and chosen format affect playback. Keep a copy of your receipt and any download you are entitled to keep. Contact us if an agreed file or access is missing.

Availability and responsibility

We may change, pause or discontinue the site, waitlist, membership or custom intake. We try to keep information accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted access or a particular result from using the site or audio. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RECURSOR is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Law and changes

Indian law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Contact us first about a dispute. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not alter a TRIBUTE already completed, or a membership payment already taken.

Contacting us does not prevent you from using a statutory remedy, payment dispute process or competent consumer authority. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, it applies only to the extent permitted and the remaining terms continue where possible. Our privacy policy explains how account, content and payment information is handled. Optional marketing and push notifications can be withdrawn separately from your subscription.
